Yes, we ship Internationally. However, please be advised that you may be charged import duties and/or taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of you, the customer. You may obtain more specific information from your local customs department. (The shipper generally handles all duty papers for you.)

SHIPPING CHARGES

All Canada/USA orders will be shipped free of charge with approximately a 1-2 week delivery time.  However, because some of the pieces are handcrafted at time of order, and are shipped from far off places around the world, shipping times may vary slightly. Faster service is available at a nominal fee.  For quicker Cdn/USA delivery, please contact us at customer service@foreignjewelryaccents.com with shipping address for a quote, and/or when it is required by.

All International orders will be shipped air international with approximately a 2-3 week delivery time and at a rate of $25.00.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We will process all orders within 2 days of receiving them, however, because some of the pieces are handcrafted at time of order, and are shipped from around the world, shipping times may vary slightly.  Please contact us at customerservice@foreignjewelryaccents.com if you have not received your order within 4 weeks of ordering it.

DAMAGE CLAIMS 

If damage does occur, contact shipper immediately! KEEP CARTON AND PACKAGING INTACT, then contact us at returns@foreignjewelryaccents.com. Failure to follow the above instructions will void the insurance and limit our ability to give you credits or replacements.  It is the customer's responsibility to properly package and insure merchandise authorized for return.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you must contact us by email at returns@foreignjewelryaccents.com for return authorization within 30 days of shipment date. Any products returned without an authorization number will be billed a 25% handling fee. For reasons other than damage, return shipping is the customer's expense. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package and insure merchandise authorized for return. All cancelled orders will be billed a 25% cancellation fee.  Any items that are personalized are not returnable.
